The Guam EHDI Advisory Committee is a subcommittee of the Guam Interagency Coordinating Council (GICC - Advisory Council to the Guam Early Intervention System, mandated under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA) of 2004. The purpose of the Subcommittee is to advise and assist the implementation of the Guam EHDI Project in achieving its goals and objectives.
The Guam EHDI Advisory Subcommittee is comprised of over 20 members from key partnering agencies, including: Families, GMHA, Sagua Mañågu, DPHSS, GDOE, Private Audiologist, and Guam EHDI Staff.

The Subcommittee meets on a quarterly basis to ensure the goals, objectives, and activities are carried out and provide strategies and recommendations for strengthening newborn hearing screening and intervention on Guam.
